  • Amazing. I, like many others, sat down to read this book and couldn't put it down until I finished the last page. Jon and Joy have been on an incredibly heartbreaking journey that for most parents is their absolute worst nightmare. Not only did they endure this time with unstoppable hope but they came through stronger and with a vastly richer faith. I found the book to be inspirational not only to those who have lost a child but to anyone who is going through a trial and can only rely on the Lord for the outcome. It teaches one to praise the Lord and trust in Him even though He is asking far more than we would willingly give.
